Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Atlas (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you are using Atlas on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Atlas analyzes source code you connect (via GitHub, a Git URL, or an uploaded archive), builds an architectural knowledge graph, and surfaces issues, AI examinations and audits. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze any repository you submit.
3. Your code & data
Your source code is processed to produce analysis and is retained only as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your code. AI features send structured context (not raw files where avoidable) to our model provider solely to generate the requested output.
4. Plans, billing & donations
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. One-time donations are voluntary, non-refundable contributions that help fund the launch of Atlas; as a thank-you they add a fixed amount to your monthly usage allowances. Quotas reset monthly except where stated as lifetime limits.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Atlas to violate the law, infringe intellectual property, attempt to disrupt the Service, or analyze code you are not authorized to access.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Analysis and AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be your sole basis for engineering decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
